1.What are your opening times? We are open 50 weeks of the year, from 8 AM to 6 PM, excluding bank holidays. We close for 2 weeks at Christmas, and an early drop-off service is available from 7:30 AM for a small extra charge.

2. What does my child need for nursery? Children need a full set of waterproofs, two changes of clothes, a seasonal hat, Wellington boots, and slippers. Younger children also require nappy cream, a bottle, and a comforter. Please label all items with your child's name.

3. How long should I keep my child away from nursery if they are unwell? Parents should keep children home if they are unwell. Generally, for common colds, attendance is fine unless there's a high temperature. Specific guidelines include: 48 hours for diarrhoea and vomiting, 24 hours for conjunctivitis, and 48 hours after starting antibiotics.

4. How are fees paid? Fees are calculated by multiplying your child's weekly fee by 50 weeks and dividing by 12 months for equal monthly payments. Payments can be made via bank transfer, standing order, childcare vouchers, or tax-free childcare.

5. Are there any refunds for missed sessions? No refunds are issued for missed sessions due to sickness or holidays. However, if sessions are missed due to a holiday, we can attempt to rebook those sessions based on availability.
